This Privacy Policy explains how Sudoku Master ("the App"), developed by KasparApps ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App.
1. Information stored on your device
Sudoku Master is designed as an offline-first game. The App stores game-related information locally on your device, such as:
- game progress and completed levels;
- scores, stars, streaks, statistics, achievements, mistakes, and hint usage;
- settings such as theme, language, sound, music, vibration, and gameplay preferences;
- current-game save data;
- notification/reminder preferences;
- a local record of whether the Remove Ads entitlement is active.
This information is used to operate the App and restore your preferences and progress. Local data can generally be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
The free version of the App may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, device or account identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for purposes including ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and service operation.
Where required, the App uses Google's consent tools to request or manage advertising privacy choices. Depending on your location, consent status, and Google settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
3. Google Play Games Services
Google Play Games sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games Services may process information associated with your Play Games profile and game activity, such as player identifiers and gameplay progress, as needed to provide features including sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud/saved-game functionality.
If you do not sign in, the core Sudoku game remains available and progress is stored locally.
4. Google Play Billing and Premium purchase
The App may offer a one-time purchase called Remove Ads Forever. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. The App receives purchase status and product information needed to unlock and restore the purchased entitlement.
Rewarded ads may remain available as an optional way to obtain certain in-game benefits, even if non-rewarded advertising has been removed.
5. Notifications
If you choose to enable Daily Challenge reminders, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in the App or your Android system settings. The App does not require a remote marketing-notification account or mailing list to provide these reminders.
6. In-app reviews
The App may use Google Play's in-app review interface to invite you to rate the App. Review submission and related processing are handled by Google Play.
7. Third-party services
The App currently integrates services or SDKs provided by Google, including:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK;
- Google User Messaging Platform (consent and privacy choices for ads);
- Google Play Games Services;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google Play In-App Review.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
8. Analytics and diagnostics
We do not currently operate a separate first-party analytics or advertising profile database. However, third-party SDKs used by the App may collect diagnostics, device information, interactions, or other data as described in their own documentation and policies.
9. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed or shared with service providers such as Google only as needed to provide the services described above, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, and operate the App.
10. Data retention and controls
- Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
- Cloud game data, Play Games profile data, advertising data, and purchase records may be retained by Google according to Google's policies and your Google account settings.
- You can disable Daily Challenge notifications at any time.
- You can choose not to sign in to Google Play Games.
- Advertising consent/privacy options may be available inside the App where required.
11. Children
Sudoku Master is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed to intentionally request sensitive personal information directly from children. Advertising and other Google services are subject to the age, account, consent, and regional controls provided by Google and the applicable app-store settings.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or applicable requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.

Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности объясняет, как приложение Sudoku Master («Приложение»), разработанное KasparApps («мы», «нас», «наш»), обрабатывает информацию при использовании Приложения.
1. Информация, сохраняемая на устройстве
Sudoku Master разработан как приложение, способное работать преимущественно офлайн. На устройстве могут локально сохраняться:
- прогресс и завершённые уровни;
- очки, звёзды, серии, статистика, достижения, ошибки и использование подсказок;
- настройки темы, языка, звука, музыки, вибрации и игрового процесса;
- сохранение текущей игры;
- настройки уведомлений и напоминаний;
- локальная отметка об активности функции удаления рекламы.
Эти данные используются для работы Приложения, восстановления настроек и игрового прогресса. Локальные данные обычно можно удалить, очистив данные Приложения или удалив его.
2. Реклама — Google AdMob
Бесплатная версия Приложения может показывать баннерную, межстраничную и вознаграждаемую рекламу с помощью Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google может автоматически собирать или обрабатывать такие сведения, как IP-адрес, идентификаторы устройства или аккаунта, рекламные данные, взаимодействия с приложением, а также диагностическую и техническую информацию. Эти данные могут использоваться для показа рекламы, предотвращения мошенничества, измерений и работы сервисов.

3. Google Play Games Services
Вход в Google Play Games является необязательным. Если пользователь выполняет вход, Google Play Games Services может обрабатывать данные профиля и игровой активности, включая идентификаторы игрока и прогресс, для предоставления входа, достижений, таблиц лидеров и облачного/сохранённого прогресса.
Без входа в Google Play Games основная игра остаётся доступной, а прогресс хранится локально.
4. Google Play Billing и Premium-покупка
Приложение может предлагать одноразовую покупку Remove Ads Forever. Оплата обрабатывается Google Play. Мы напрямую не получаем и не храним полные данные банковской карты. Приложение получает статус покупки и сведения о продукте, необходимые для активации и восстановления приобретённой функции.
Вознаграждаемая реклама может оставаться доступной добровольно для получения отдельных игровых преимуществ даже после отключения обычной рекламы.
5. Уведомления
Если пользователь включает напоминания Daily Challenge, Приложение может планировать локальные уведомления на устройстве. Разрешение на уведомления является добровольным и может быть изменено в Приложении или системных настройках Android. Для этих напоминаний не требуется регистрация в маркетинговой рассылке.
6. Оценка приложения
Приложение может использовать встроенный интерфейс Google Play In-App Review, чтобы предложить пользователю оценить приложение. Отправка оценки и связанная обработка выполняются Google Play.
7. Сторонние сервисы
Приложение использует или планирует использовать сервисы и SDK Google, включая:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK;
- Google User Messaging Platform для согласия и настроек конфиденциальности рекламы;
- Google Play Games Services;

Информация может обрабатываться или передаваться поставщикам сервисов, таким как Google, только в объёме, необходимом для предоставления описанных функций, выполнения требований закона, обеспечения безопасности, предотвращения мошенничества и работы Приложения.
10. Срок хранения и управление данными
- Локальный игровой прогресс хранится на устройстве до очистки данных или удаления Приложения.
- Облачный прогресс, данные Play Games, рекламные данные и записи о покупках могут храниться Google согласно политикам Google и настройкам аккаунта пользователя.
- Напоминания Daily Challenge можно отключить в любое время.
- Вход в Google Play Games не является обязательным.
- При необходимости настройки конфиденциальности рекламы доступны внутри Приложения.
11. Дети
Sudoku Master является головоломкой для широкой аудитории и не предназначен для намеренного запроса чувствительных персональных данных непосредственно у детей. Использование рекламы и других сервисов Google регулируется возрастными, региональными и аккаунтными настройками, механизмами согласия Google и настройками магазина приложений.
12. Безопасность
Мы применяем разумные технические и организационные меры, соответствующие характеру Приложения. При этом ни один способ электронного хранения или передачи данных не может быть гарантирован как абсолютно безопасный.
13. Изменения Политики
Политика может обновляться при изменении Приложения, используемых сервисов или применимых требований. При обновлении изменится дата в начале страницы.
